Dear Fair Member,
The Indiana Association of Fairs is now accepting presenter proposals for the 2027 Annual Convention. We are seeking educational, practical, and engaging sessions that provide value to fair boards, managers, staff, volunteers, and industry partners.
If you have expertise, a success story, an innovative idea, or lessons learned that could benefit others in the fair industry, we encourage you to submit a proposal. Please note that submitting a proposal does not guarantee selection. If multiple proposals cover similar subject matter, INAF may combine presenters into a panel discussion or modify the session format to best serve attendees. Have someone else in mind to present? Share the form! We are looking for a diverse group of presenters from both fairs and festivals and large and small. Proposal Forms are due by September 1 and presenter selections will be confirmed by November 1. Completion of the form does not confirm you as a presenter.
Certain annual sessions, such as those presented by the Board of Animal Health and Excise Police, are filled through direct invitation. Those presenters will receive the proposal form separately.
