All Associate Members should complete this step.

Renew your 2027 Indiana Association of Fairs Associate Membership and submit your annual membership dues.

Your membership keeps you connected with Indiana’s fair and festival industry and allows your organization to participate in INAF opportunities throughout the year.

Complete this step if your organization wants booth space during the 2027 Convention Trade Fair.

Associate Members wishing to exhibit during the Convention must complete the 2027 Trade Fair Contract to reserve booth space.

Your Associate Membership does not automatically reserve a booth. A Trade Fair Contract must be submitted separately.

Everyone attending the Convention should complete this step — even though Associate Member registration is complimentary.

We still need to know who is attending so that we can prepare name badges and Convention materials.

Please complete the Convention Registration and provide the names of each person from your organization who will attend.

There is no additional Convention registration fee for eligible Associate Members, but registration is still required.

Associate Members have the opportunity to support the Indiana Association of Fairs through a variety of Convention sponsorship opportunities.

Sponsorship is a great way to showcase your business, increase your visibility, and connect with fair and festival professionals from across Indiana.

Sponsorship is optional and separate from your Associate Membership, Trade Fair booth, and Convention registration.
